She was there for me step by step. We looked at comparisons around the nearby neighborhoods, set the price for my house, and (though she would be ready) Marcie was asked to wait until our home was completely empty to list. My daughter and I would be leaving to move directly to Humble, TX, where we were moving in immediately with my son who closed on a house for the 3 of us in December 2023. Everything went very smoothly and very little was required from me in Houston.  The final detail was having a Certified Notary Public visit our house, which Marcie took care of as well. I could not be more satisfied and pleased with her performance.
